The Good and Bad, and the Paradox

Why is it so that everything we want is bad for us? But what the body needs is flat out repulsing?  What is it with the human brain that it craves what it should not crave, or what is not good for it. Sugar, calories, crabs, cigarettes, alcohol, or even drugs. Is it the mere experience of consuming these or is it the fact that they are labeled as bad that makes them sooo irresistible?
I’ve never gotten up from bed and said I want to go running and then I’ll drink a spinach shake, after that I’ll do housework and study WTF?! I just want to lay and eat gummy bears in bed! I just don’t get why watching a movie is so more appealing that running or studying?
Being a true hedonist, I try to squeeze pleasure out of every second. And my pleasures mainly consists of bad habits. But you know what, Life is to short, and my chocolate is too tasty!

    As for cravings.. I'd say it's not our body but our brain that craves things:) Once you find out why you do or don't want to do certain things, you will see what's good for you. And mainly it's not what others say it is:)
